We are continually striving to create a seamless environment for our online giving and attempting to steward our time, resources and financial gifts wisely. With that being said, Ekklesia has partnered with a new church database system and online giving platform that will allow us to communicate more efficiently, save money/time, and have greater organizational clarity.
This change will require some additional work on your part to move your financial information over to our new platform. During this transition period we will be running both online giving platforms simultaneously to give you time to make needed changes. Our current online giving platform will close on July 1, 2019. Please make all necessary changes prior to July 1, 2019. This will require about 5 minutes of your time and allow our team to make a seamless transition.
Here are the instructions:
1. Go to Current Online Giving to log in and cancel reoccurring gifts.
2. Go to New Online Giving to log in and set up new reoccurring gifts.
Log In is located in the upper corner of the screen.
Please submit all new gifts through our New Online Giving. By selecting ACH and entering your bank account information it will save Ekklesia thousands of dollars as processing fees are much lower. Your gifts are always tax deductible and our financial team will keep records of your contributions and mail a letter at the beginning of 2020.
Over the next month, we will have both platforms listed and available online and through our Ekklesia Church App. Please reply to this email if you have any questions or if we can assist you in making the transition. Thank you for your continued stewardship and partnership in the vision of saturating the Salt Lake Valley with the good news of Jesus!
